COMMISSION SLOTS AND WAITLIST

I open commissions once a month/every few months at no specific date. I don't make a post about it but my availability for commissions would be seen through my insta bio or twitter username.Commission slots and order are usually first come first serve, meaning those who have sent comm form responses first will take the slots.I only take 6 commissions at a time. If the responses are more than 6, the rest will be on the waitlist.Those on the waitlist may opt to not continue with their commissionIf you have sent a commission response and haven't heard back from me in 2-3 days after sending it and seeing that my comms are closed with a status that I'm currently working on commissions, that means your commission response hasn't been selected.The reason could be any of the ff:
🔸The commission subject was vague. Atleast 1 sentence should be enough to tell me what you want.
🔸The commission subject fits on my 'don'ts' in the commission info.I check on the commission responses after some time has passed and they could either be more or less than the target number, that's why you might find my comm form still open but responses has already been submitted before yours.You can message me on insta, twitter, or email me for any further questions.

Payment method

Accepted currency is USD or PHP using Paypal, and GCASH for Philippine locals.Payment is either payed 100% upfront or 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after sketch approval.PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN I SEND AN INVOICE, THE PAYMENT IS SET TO FULL. PLEASE TELL ME BEFOREHAND WHEN YOU WANT TO PAY 50/50.Please only pay after I have agreed to give you a slot and we have discussed the subject of the commission.I will only start after payment has been made.

Process and delivery

After confirmed payment, I will send a detailed sketch (practically a rough lineart) after 2-3 days. After approval of sketch, I will now work on the lineart and coloring. My process sometimes makes me do the lineart and coloring at the same time. The client is free to ask me to send progress pics of both lineart and coloring.It will take about 2-3 weeks to finish the commission piece after the starting sketch depending on factors like commission complexity, health, working hours, emergencies etc.Finished commission is sent in full resolution through email in png (or jpg if requested) format.Note that there is no physical product.

Revisions

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

Copyright and usage

PERSONAL USE🔸The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and
intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing the work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e.Twitch) and more.🔸Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use.🔸Personal use means: display on social media accounts for
promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels.🔸Client must not claim Work as their own and must credit Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on.🔸Client must not edit or modify Work in any way without prior permission from the Artist.🔸Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

COMMERCIAL USE🔸Commercial rights means usage of Work on streams, videos and other content, or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform.🔸In the case of design work for the definition of the Client's brand identity such as character design, and more, intellectual property rights of the designs and their likeness are exclusively granted to the Client for use, production and modification purposes, commercial or personal. (Please clarify in further detail for each type of work if necessary)🔸Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.PRICING BASED ON USE:
🔸If part of product and small (book cover, art cover, on streams, yt thumbnail etc that are commercialized (based on subscribers) and with a duration of license (applicable to medium-large scale projects), purpose, media:

🔸If piece is commercialized majority or solely in itself (ex. Artprints, stickers, poster, etc.), if fanart +500$ and with a duration of license, purpose, media):

Cancellation and refund policy

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
